Salaams--I logged onto pay pal, but when I click on "add to cart", it doesn't seem to transfer to paypal. What am i doing wrong?

Hi Faisal, I was going to get one, but I can't seem to enter a different shipping address from my billing address. Do I have to create a PayPal account to do that?
